An extended class that offers you both Yan and Yin
Vinyasa is dynamic form of yoga that links breath with movement, consisting of several standing poses that emphasize physical strength and control. Yin focusses on slow deep stretches where poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes. Different props (‘hulpstukken’) like blocks and blankets are used to support the body and encourage the opening of the deep layers of muscle tissue close to our bones.
