Vinyasa yoga is a fast paced practice, with a series of postures linked together and synchronised with breath. Continual movement from one posture to the next provides a cardiovascular benefit, increased strength, flexibility and endurance. The pace and the sequence of the class is variable, offering diversity in keeping with the translation of the word vinyasa, which means variation within parameters.
