Training & certification
Certified Life Coach — Coach de Vie diploma, Centre de Formation à Distance (CFD), Brussels, 26 March 2024. The program is run by a CRKBO-registered training body and meets the requirements of EU Directive 2005/36/EC on the recognition of professional qualifications, giving access to the profession across the EU as an employee or independent practitioner.
Certified Body Mind Reset Technique (BMRT) practitioner later in 2024 — the method developed by Breda McQuaid that works with applied kinesiology, focused affirmations, and facial meridian points to release limiting beliefs and trauma held in the subconscious and reset the nervous system. I combine it with somatic inquiry, shadow work, and the structured RPNR method (Reality, Problem, Need, Request, Contract).

My vision
I believe relationship runs on programming — and that most of it isn't even ours. We've tried the arranged marriage, built on duty and survival. We've tried the romantic model, built on the fantasy that one person completes you — the one decades of media, advertising, and romantic comedy keep selling. Both have run their course. What's left to deconstruct is everything we inherited and never chose.
The next model is conscious relationship: two whole people who stop performing closeness and start being present, who choose each other on purpose instead of out of fear, habit, or fantasy. That doesn't happen by accident. Desire erodes through avoidance, silent resentment, and self-abandonment — and you can't restore intimacy while protecting comfort, or build polarity while avoiding truth. So we name the programming, interrupt it, and replace it with conscious standards. That's the work. That's where intimacy becomes safe again — with yourself and with others.
