Two hours where your body completes what it's been storing—so you leave with actual spaciousness instead of just more management strategies.
The outcome: Vitality that doesn't require pushing. Spaciousness in your body and your life. The kind of calm that comes from completion, not control.
Your body has been doing the work your boundaries should be doing. Holding tension your jaw doesn't need to carry. Managing emotions your breath was meant to move.
This session gives your nervous system permission to finish those cycles.
What happens:
Through conscious connected breathwork—continuous waves of breath with no pauses—your body releases what thinking can't reach. Combined with slow, self-touch and somatic awareness, this creates space for whatever wants to move through you.
Sometimes that's tears. Sometimes laughter. Sometimes just your shoulders finally dropping three inches without you forcing them.
You remain fully clothed and in complete control. Nothing happens without your permission. We move at the pace your nervous system sets.

Your nervous system has been running incomplete cycles—stress responses that never got to finish, emotions that got swallowed, tension that became pattern. Breathwork and attuned touch help those cycles complete.
